Present Equity is a private real estate investment firm, with $100M of commercial assets under management. The company's focus is on the acquisition, operation and optimization of retail strip centers and small bay industrial properties within the state of Florida.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst, located in Aventura, FL. The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market rental rates, valuing relevant acquisition targets, and assessing investment opportunities in the commercial real estate industry. The Analyst will also collaborate with the team to prepare financial models, perform due diligence, and make recommendations on property acquisitions and dispositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of commercial real estate market and trends
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with real estate software and databases. Expert level excel a plus
• Knowledge of local market regulations and laws a plus
