Commercial Project Manager/Business Development

As a Commercial Project Manager for TEC Group’s client, you’ll drive new business and manage commercial construction projects using our client’s innovative construction technology. You'll play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of commercial and multifamily modular construction projects. Compensation:

• Base: $60k-80k + Team Commission
• Total On Target Earnings with Base & Commission: $95,000 - $130,000+ annually
• Uncapped commissions

Responsibilities:

• Discover and foster new business opportunities
• Showcase our client’s value proposition through various communication channels
• Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects, from the design process to project planning
• Support contract administration tasks
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Prepare cost estimates
• Supervise subcontractors and sub-consultants
• Engage in conflict resolution for assigned projects
• Coordinate field repairs and document punch list items
• Attend and initiate project meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business/Marketing
• Five years of related construction experience
• Knowledge of Building Code
• Familiarity with CAD preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and cloud-based project management tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in the field or from satellite offices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required)
