Commercial Manager
This position is for a full-time Commercial Manager to lead our commercial sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial sales background, experience in flooring, construction sales, or home improvement sales. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective commercial sales strategies, overseeing team operations and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase commercial sales and customer base
- Monitor customer and market trends to create effective sales campaigns
- Analyze data to assess team performance and identify areas of improvement
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of sales processes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Attend trade shows to promote products and services
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, flooring, construction sales, or home improvement sales
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for sales improvement
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant software and applications
- Ability to travel throughout continental US
