Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with our manufacturing client in Metro Detroit to find a qualified candidate for the position of Commercial Manager. This is an exciting organization, looking to double sales in the next three to four years!
Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor sales and marketing KPIs to align with company growth goals.
Negotiate long-term pricing agreements with existing and new businesses.
Coordinate efforts of outside sales associates with company management.
Maintain existing customer relationships and establish new ones that align with the company business model.
Define business models to promote growth.
Represent customer interests in team activities regarding scheduled delivery times.
Negotiate customer delivery schedules to benefit both parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management.
7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
