Commercial Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with our manufacturing client in Metro Detroit to find a qualified candidate for the position of Commercial Manager. This is an exciting organization, looking to double sales in the next three to four years!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor sales and marketing KPIs to align with company growth goals.
• Negotiate long-term pricing agreements with existing and new businesses.
• Coordinate efforts of outside sales associates with company management.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and establish new ones that align with the company business model.
• Define business models to promote growth.
• Represent customer interests in team activities regarding scheduled delivery times.
• Negotiate customer delivery schedules to benefit both parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
