Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Loan Officer / Real Estate Investment and Business Loan Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and guide clients through the loan process. Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications and documentation to determine creditworthiness.
Maintain confidentiality and trust with customer information.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan processing journey.
Utilize accounting software proficiently to streamline processes.
Experience
Proven experience with a minimum of 10 closed loans in the last 5-6 months.
Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, and other relevant regulations (training provided).
Proficiency in loan origination software (training provided).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable loan terms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
