Duties: General commercial location an relationships with companies in metro Birmingham. Assess lending needs, gather required documents for underwriting and decisioning the loans. Decision loans and manage the relationships to ensure prompt payments:
Experience: At least 5 years of current commercial loan underwriting experience. Just retain a portfolios of customers along with strong Business Development skills. In addition, must have strong experience underwriting all types of commercial loans along with portfolio management.
Education: A minimum of a BS / BA in Business or Finance. MBA preferred.
