Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Loan Officer. The Commercial Loan Officer will evaluate loan applications, analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending regulations. The Commercial Loan Officer will also build and maintain client relationships, negotiate loan terms, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial loan origination or a related field
Strong understanding of commercial real estate lending and credit analysis
Independently sourcing your leads
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Growth-minded and creative
Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment to financial analysis and decision-making
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excited to reach uncapped earning potential with a very competitive 100% commission structure
Current loan originators and commercial real estate brokers with two years of experience
