We are currently representing a renowned team specialising in large-scale document review, time-sensitive investigations, regulatory matters, consumer claims assessments, and volume claims management. Their expertise spans across various industries, including financial services, energy, retail, technology, media, and construction.
The Role
As a solicitor you will become an integral part of this dynamic team, working closely with Managers, Senior Solicitors, Trainees, and Legal Analysts.
Please note: Occasional travel to various locations, including offices in London, may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting document reviews, preparing chronologies, offering litigation support, and undertaking other practice area-specific fee-earning tasks (with target daily chargeable hours).
Assessing claims or assisting in managing claims portfolios.
Evaluating cases related to Group Litigation Orders and Remediation schemes.
Ensuring Quality Control and providing constructive feedback to maintain output consistency with quality standards.
Collaborating with other practice groups in the global network on relevant projects.
Supervising Trainees or Legal Analysts as needed, particularly on complex legal matters.
Staying updated on relevant areas of law.
Compliance with financial disciplines in matters such as daily time recording.
Providing additional support to the business on client matters and related tasks.

Qualifications And Skills
Technical
Essential
Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales or Northern Ireland (Republic of Ireland or other common law jurisdictions considered).
2 years’ PQE preferably in commercial litigation.
Desirable
Experience in a commercial legal environment, preferably a private practice law firm.
Successful management experience, including direct reports.
Knowledge and experience in Disputes practice group work, such as large-scale document review or claims assessment.
