Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships within the Construction and Real Estate insurance industries dealing with Property & Casualty Insurance specialties. Mid Market and Large Market Insurance client accounts. You will be tasked with creating and developing strategies to maximize success and increase revenue within these markets. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Conduct client needs analysis to identify potential new business opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and products.
Analyze risk and market opportunities to identify growth strategies.
Negotiate and renew contracts in a timely manner.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize success.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
Qualifications
California Property & Casualty License (REQUIRED)
At least 5 years of experience in Mid and Large Market Account Management in the Construction Insurance, Property & Casualty, and Real Estate Insurance industries.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to analyze risk and market opportunities.
Organizational and time management skills.
