Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Insurance Advisor (Sales) to join our team. This is a hybrid role located in Middletown, RI, with flexibility for some work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying clients' insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. The Commercial Insurance Advisor will work closely with our sales team in Middletown RI.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in commercial insurance
• A successful track record as a top performer in a sales environment, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, with the ability to identify clients' needs and provide customized solutions.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with great organizational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients.
