One of our pharmaceutical clients is looking to hire a Director, Market Access Counsel for their commercial legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a company with multiple commercial products and a pipeline of new products to launch.
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating variety of contracts, including but not limited to: HCP, PBM, GPO, purchase, supply, distribution, rebate agreements, along with standard NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, etc.
Advising on regulatory and compliance matters, such as Anti-Kickback Statute, promotional and non-promotional materials, privacy matters (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Qualifications:
J.D. and member of at least one State Bar.
7-10+ years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ideally both in-house and law firm experience.
