Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their collision repair needs
Document vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing
Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
Resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
2 years experience as a service writer, preferably in the automotive collision industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Proficiency with computer software and basic math skills
Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures is a plus
