One of our clients in the Concord area is looking for a Collections Specialist for a contract opportunity.

  • Manage and undertake collections process for debts that have been allocated.
  • Contact defaulting clients either via call, email or letters to settle the outstanding invoices.
  • Handle questions or complaints, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create a list of clients who reach the pre-determined period of defaults for taking legal actions.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activities.
  • Review records for accuracy and adjust errors.
  • Report on collection activities and accounts receivable status to senior management.
