One of our clients in the Concord area is looking for a Collections Specialist for a contract opportunity.

- Manage and undertake collections process for debts that have been allocated.
- Contact defaulting clients either via call, email or letters to settle the outstanding invoices.
- Handle questions or complaints, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Create a list of clients who reach the pre-determined period of defaults for taking legal actions.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activities.
- Review records for accuracy and adjust errors.
- Report on collection activities and accounts receivable status to senior management.
