Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
Collections account management
Assist with lending/credit origination
Help ensure branch compliance
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Work with financial software
Attend ongoing training classes
Hours for Collections Specialist:
Full-time (40 hours)
No Sundays
Every other Saturday off
Saturday shift is 8-5
Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
Some weekday shifts until 8 pm
Collections Specialist Requirements:
2+ years of consumer based collections experience
Senior level, team leader or manager experience is a plus
Good communication, computer & customer service skills
Able to work the hours listed
Able to pass a background check
