Collection Specialist and Associate Collector

Job Description

We are looking for a Collections Specialist and a Collections Associate to join our team! Possible work from home options after 4-6 months of full time employment.

Monday-Friday 8-5p or 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Set up payment arrangements
• Send text and email payment links
• Find solutions for customers to get their accounts satisfied
• Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
• Keep records and status of customer's account
• Work as a team to hit daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Provide excellent customer service to each customer
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to find solutions for customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work individually and in a team
