We are seeking a talented and highly experienced intelligence professional with extensive Collection Management experience to assist the All-Domain Sensing Cross-Functional Team within Army Futures Command.
Responsibilities
Analyze current Collection Management processes within the Joint Force and different Combatant Commands.
Produce reports regarding current gaps and recommend changes within the Collection Management digital architecture.
Observe and analyze ISR tasking and asset performance in live exercises, experiments, and demonstrations.
Assess ISR-related S&T initiatives/programs in order to determine viability in future Army collection plans.
Advise Counter Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems and processes.
Present ideas for potential ISR/CM Command and Control solutions.
Work closely with Combatant Commands (COCOM) and Intelligence Community (IC) counterparts and be able to represent the ADS CFT as a Collection Management Subject Matter Expert
Qualifications
Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12+ years' experience in the Intelligence Community, demonstrating increased responsibilities and success
6+ years' experience as a Collection Manager, ISR LO, or ISR Knowledge Manager
Detailed understanding of current DoD and IC aerial, terrestrial, and space ISR platforms and their capabilities.
Familiarity with tasking software and methods for aerial and space ISR assets.
Understanding of the linkage between ISR assets and potential kinetic and non-kinetic effectors

Ability to work as a team and alone
Detail oriented, critical thinking and analysis
Experience working on S&T projects
COCOM/Theater CM training and certification
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
