We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cocktail Server to join our team at our location in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take drink orders
Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine
Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or Bartender
Excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Must be at least 21 years of age
