Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder with extensive experience in Human Resources to join TalentPlace.ai. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company, driving growth, and making strategic decisions. In addition to contributing your HR expertise, we are looking for someone willing to make a financial investment in the company, demonstrating a shared commitment to our vision and success.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with existing co-founders to define and execute the company’s strategic direction and growth plans.
• HR Expertise: Provide insights and strategies to enhance our recruitment processes, user experience, and client engagement.
• Product Development: Work closely with the tech team to incorporate HR best practices into the platform’s features and functionalities.
• Business Development: Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
• Team Building: Assist in recruiting and mentoring a talented team of professionals and interns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Investment: Provide financial investment to support the company's growth and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership or co-founder role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
• Financial capability and willingness to invest in the company.
