About Us: We are a burgeoning Saas management firm in the process of rolling out a complete-to-market cloud-based project management system for building contractors. The planning, development, and beta testing for the system is complete and the system is live and fully operational. We are located in SW Florida and have several active technology, marketing, lead generation, and business relationships in place. Currently, we are building a market presence and believe that our prospects are exceptional. As we embark on our next growth phase, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder/Executive to join our team and help lead our strategic initiatives.


Role Overview: This position is not a fractional position and requires a full-time and ownership-minded commitment. As the Co-Founder/Executive, you will be instrumental in scaling this firm to its full potential. In order to do so, you would be required to relocate to SW Florida after a brief remote integration. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, enhancing our customer base, and driving the overall success of the company. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to earn substantial income sharing/equity stake and have a significant impact on a company that is already off the ground.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Hiring employees and independent contractors to carry out company objective and strategies.
  • Oversee the firm’s marketing, sales, and growth functions.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Develop and implement an aggressive marketing and sales strategy to attract and retain clients and scale the company to its full potential.
  • Implement customer-centric practices and solutions that enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding product and service improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and energetic mindset.
  • Excellent academic achievement.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role
  • Saas, B2B sales, marketing, attorney, or related field experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.


Equity Compensation: This role is to be compensated with an income sharing/equity stake in the company. There is no salary offered for this position. Once the company reaches agreed upon objectives, the compensation will include a salary component. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to invest in the long-term success of the company.
