We are building a member’s only network that matches people based on interests before attending an event. The platform will feature vetted events for users to choose from. Essentially a new age eventbrite (but curated and high quality) meets bumble bff.

Join us as a Co-founder and CTO at a notable startup, as we aim to revolutionize how adults make friends through technology. As we are in an isolation pandemic, people are turning to apps and technology now more than effort to find community.
Our mission is to make the world a little less lonely by creating genuine connections through technology, events and experiences.
This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with two co-founder who have over 10 years experience in marketing, customer acquisition, growth, and events. Our team has experience growing a company to 7 figures and a community of over 30,000+ as well as a social footprint of over 10 million.
Responsibilities:
Own the technological, engineering, and architectural decisions as well as the technical roadmap and work with co-founders to scale up the company.
Lead the development, deployment, and delivery of this highly innovative product with consideration towards long term scalability.
Recruit and build the in-house development team, and also manage the relationships with external technical agencies and freelancers.
Communicate the technology of the company to investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Technical Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead the development and execution of the technical roadmap for the immersive experience and community platform

To conclude, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development and execution of our digital community platform. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's technical roadmap and driving its successful implementation. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in creating a vibrant, engaging, and user-friendly platform that fosters member connectivity, matches based on interests, curated event listings for users, and interactive chat features.
You are responsible for the technical direction and delivery of the product. This includes everything from coming up with the initial technical design & architecture, building various MVP iterations of the initial product, to hiring and staffing your team.
