Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder/CTO at Kids Care Finder. As the Co-Founder/CTO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the platform, including overseeing the technical aspects of the business, managing the development team, and implementing new features and functionalities. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
This role will be working for equity until we close our current pre-seed fundraising round.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of sales and marketing
Experience in developing and executing technology strategies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the childcare industry is a plus
Marketplace experience is a plus
Must be a full-stack engineer and willing to write code as well as be a leader
Must be highly proficient in Angular, JavaScript, AWS, Nest JS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Exited founder is a plus
Investor network is a plus
