**About Us:**
0xMintyn is an innovative blockchain-based project focused on Universal Basic Income (UBI). Our mission is to create a decentralized, transparent, and fair system to provide a basic income to individuals worldwide. We are in the early stages of development and are looking for a passionate and experienced Co-founder CTO to join our team and help bring our vision to life.

**Job Description:**

As the Co-founder CTO of 0xMintyn, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our project. You will be responsible for leading the development of our blockchain platform, ensuring the security and scalability of our technology, and building a top-notch engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project that aims to make a significant social impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the 0xMintyn blockchain platform.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the system.
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborate with other co-founders and stakeholders to define and execute the project's technical strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive social impact.
- Experience with startup environments is a plus.
