Co-Founder (Consumer Crypto/AI Platform)

Role Context

Join a newly forming team operating in stealth, playing the role of Co-Founder, with support from Metamatic team. This role is a fit for someone who wants to lead something entrepreneurial (founder mindset) with some additional support and resourcing in place.  

Key Responsibilities

·        Overall leadership – Manage the execution of the new venture overall, driving organized management of multiple workstreams and executing with speed.   

·        Product Development – Execute on build of product in collaboration with additional AI engineering resources 

·        Business Development: Fundraising – Lead the process of tapping into existing and new relationships to raise follow-on funding from strategic VC’s and angels.

·        Business Development: Partnerships – Develop partnership strategy and prioritization across multiple areas including influencers, creators, and crypto ecosystem stakeholders (exchanges, Solana ecosystem, etc.)     

Qualifications

Experience

·    Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

·    Experience in business development/partnerships and/or raising capital from VC’s 

·   Technical/product experience such that you can build product in crypto

• Experience as a founder or working at an early stage startup is a plus
• Experience working in web3

Characteristics

·        Crypto-native and passion for social media/creator economy and AI

·        Highly organized with attention to detail

·        Fluid and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment

Skills

·        Product Management or Engineering experience

·        Communication: Strong materials development (written materials) and verbal 

·        Communication: Verbal
