Our cutting-edge facilities produce 10 GWh in China diverse range of sodium-ion batteries for various applications, with a commitment to driving global expansion and shaping the future of sustainable energy. The Technology has been proven to scale, we are looking for a Co-Founder to bring the technology to North America.
Overview of the Job
We are seeking a Co-Founder based in the United States to spearhead the establishment of manufacturing operations and the raising of capital for our sodium-ion battery production within the US market. The Co-Founder will play a crucial role in leveraging the existing technological capabilities and expanding our production capacity in the United States.
We are willing to give up to 50% of the companies US operation to the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the fundraising efforts to secure capital for establishing and scaling up manufacturing operations in the North America.
Collaborate with the existing team to transfer and implement the technology for sodium-ion battery production in the US.
Build strategic partnerships and alliances to support the manufacturing and distribution of sodium-ion batteries in the US market.
Develop and execute business plans, financial models, and operational strategies to ensure the successful establishment of manufacturing operations.
Lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing team for the US manufacturing operations.
Skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Proven track record in fundraising and capital acquisition
Knowledge of battery technology and manufacturing processes
Exceptional leadership and management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Prior experience in co-founding or senior leadership roles within the energy or battery manufacturing industry
Demonstrated success in raising significant capital for manufacturing or technology ventures
An in-depth understanding of the US market and regulatory landscape for battery manufacturing
