The Company Vrts.io is an outsourcing company to take Voice & Non-Voice projects from United States. Currently, Vrts.io enables B2B Email Marketing Specialist and Business Development Executive circularity from Qualified Lead to Convertible Sales.

As the Co-Founder, you will be at the forefront of our operational and strategic endeavors, driving our mission and vision while helping shape the future of the Company. Vrts.io is an early-stage business, so you’ll need to balance being hands-on with being a big-picture strategist and leader. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build a B2B company from the ground up.


As the Co-Founder, you will be critical in defining and executing our organizational frameworks and roadmap, building and leading teams, and promoting high-quality and strategic goals for business operations. You will collaborate closely with our CEO for our growth and expansion. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building relationships with clients. You will also play a key role in sales and marketing activities, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results. and also invest into this Vrts.io company.


Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the Company’s objectives
  • Advise the CEO, and all of the C-suite and management, as a trusted thought leader
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of employees, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Oversee daily operations of the Company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and our vision
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or a related field required
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a CXO role or a similar leadership position
  • Results-driven/goal-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degrees (a plus)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Startup experience
