Co-Founder

Spicer’s Consulting, an independently owned and operated small consulting practice, is looking for someone to work with Founder Scott, to launch The Lawson Center as a Co Founder and potentially transition into the first Director or C-suite level leader, for this start up mental health and dual diagnosis treatment center.

The ideal Founder:

- You are currently gainfully employed and looking to make a pivot to a leadership role as an entrepreneur in the next 1-2 yrs.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role either managaing employees or your own territory or product in the health care space.

- You are passionate about behavioral health either as someome with lived personal or family experience, or your work and career has exposed you to the gaps that exist in our health care system and you are driven to be a part of changing that.

- You have experience with business, financial and clinical operations. Whether it is in business development, health care operations or service delivery as a practitioner.

The role:

A Co Founder for The Lawson Center ( https://spicersconsulting.com/the-lawson-center) will work directly with Founder Scott to assemble a small team of Clinical Advisors and create the business and marketing plan to launch this start up. This is not a paid positon to start, but may be able to start generating revenue quickly with the right team in place.

As Co Founder your primary function is to collaborate directly with the Founder to brain storm and execute, business, marketing, finance and strategic planning objectives. It is expected that over a 1-2 year time frame, services will become operational and revenue streams will start to generate income that can eventually turn into a full time Director or C-suite level position.

Candidates for this role need to be aware this is not a full time paid position.
