Position Overview: 

We are searching for a strategic and dynamic individual to join us as a Co-Founder specializing in venture capital relations and operations strategy. As a pivotal member of our founding team, you will spearhead our fundraising efforts and drive operational excellence to fuel our growth.

Responsibilities: 

- Venture Capital Fundraising Leadership: Lead the company's fundraising efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships with venture capitalists to secure essential funding. Develop and execute fundraising strategies, from initial pitch to closing deals, ensuring the company's financial stability and success.

- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects of the company, implementing scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth. Collaborate closely with the founding team to execute our vision and deliver exceptional results.

- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to propel the company forward. Identify opportunities for expansion, assess market trends, and leverage insights to inform decision-making.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring prudent allocation of resources to achieve our objectives. Monitor key financial metrics and provide strategic guidance to optimize performance.

- Team Building and Culture: Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Lead by example, embodying our values and inspiring others to excel.

Qualifications:

- Venture Capital Experience: Proven track record of successfully raising capital from venture capitalists for early-stage startups. Strong network within the venture capital community and deep understanding of fundraising best practices.

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and scale startups. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adept at navigating ambiguity to achieve results.
