Kommunity Co-Founder

I am looking for someone passionate about networking and helping people grow their businesses through the right relationships. The co-founder of Kommunity must have resilience and the ability to adapt to difficult circumstances, especially since it is essential in the business world.

In my particular case, I am looking for a co-founder with technical experience in programming or in the financial sector to help raise funds for the company.

The responsibilities of my co-founder would include:

1. Has experience working in startups and understands the dynamics of this type of company.

2. Is willing to work in different aspects of the company (finance, marketing, sales, customer service, capital raising).

3. Raise capital alongside me and attend meetings with potential investors.

4. Business development and acquisition of new users.

5. Assist in developing the strategic business plan.

6. Establish strategic connections that help grow our team.

7. Conduct interviews with me as we grow.

Co-Founder Qualifications:

1. If a programmer, has certification as a full-stack developer.

2. If experienced in finance, has a degree in accounting, corporate finance, or economics.

3. Bilingual in English and Spanish is ideal but not required.

4. Has an easily identifiable and recent digital presence (doesn't need to be an influencer).

5. Not a perfectionist and willing to try new ideas.

6. Works well in a team.

7. Willing to speak their mind and not always agree with me.

These are some of the responsibilities and qualifications I am looking for in my co-founder. It's important to note that this job description is a general idea of what my co-founder will do for the company and their qualifications, but in interviews, I will ask more in-depth questions. There may be aspects of the company's growth not indicated here simply because they haven't happened yet.

The co-founder of the company will have equity in the company and initially will not have a salary until we can raise capital. It's likely that in the early years of the company, our salary won't be the best, so this should be taken into account. Startups have a high probability of failure, so the decision to join as a co-founder should be viewed as a calculated risk with the possibility that we may fail.
