We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Investor Relations to join our leadership team. This individual will be treated as a co-founder and will be given equity in the company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and building a robust network of Limited Partner (LP) investors, specifically targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain LP investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWI and other potential investors.
- Present investment opportunities to potential investors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage investor communications and reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align investor relations strategies with business goals.
- Represent Himalayan Heights at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a similar role within the real estate or financial sector.
- Strong network of HNWI and other potential investors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain investor relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate and investment.
