Healthcare organizations waste millions of dollars every year struggling to find qualified doctors. Shortages, and over-reliance on temporary workers cause a bevy of negative impacts to patients, especially in rural areas and niche specialties. Additionally, Doctor’s face major frustrations in their own job search, including long hiring cycles, unclear steps, and constant spam.

We are developing a new kind of recruitment tool, designed to address the biggest pain points physicians feel in their job hunt, and help healthcare organizations tap into new pools of qualified talent. We’re also seeking a passionate builder to help our Founder take this idea from MVP to launch.
