**The Role:**

As Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency. You will be instrumental in driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing our aggressive go-to-market strategy. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute aggressive go-to-market sales strategies, focusing on cold emailing and cold calling to secure and grow the client base.

- Test and monitor various subject lines and email copies to optimize for meeting bookings.

- Forge and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on high-value sectors like yachting and real estate.

- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and target achievement.

- Collaborate in the development of marketing strategies, leveraging personal branding and thought leadership.

- Contribute to the strategic direction and operational decisions of the agency.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.

- Enthusiastic, disciplined, and energetic.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

- Capability to work autonomously and manage a broad range of tasks.

- Experience in selling marketing services is advantageous but not necessary.
