Responsibilities
Idea Exploration: Collaborate with our team to explore new business ideas and potential ventures.
Resource Utilization: Leverage Alpha Vertex Ventures' resources, including our affiliated software development company, Addevice LLC, to test solutions and bring ideas to life.
Scale Development: In cases where we've already identified a business opportunity and validated the product with early ideas, work to scale the business.
What We Offer
Comprehensive Support: From technical development and legal compliance to marketing and international expansion, ensuring all ventures receive top-tier technology and expertise.
Streamlined Market Entry: Our processes accelerate progress from idea evaluation to MVP development, backed by our commitment to excellence in quality assurance.
International Setup Assistance: For non-EU residents, we assist with business setup in Europe, handling all regulatory paperwork to ensure you can lead your venture effectively from Madrid.
Compensation
Up to 250,000 USD. To be discussed on a case by case basis with each applicant.
For instance, for projects in the Idea Stage, Alpha Vertex covers 50% of the investment required of taking ideas to MVP+ stage. Once the MVP+ is complete, for those selected startups we proceed to the second round of investment to be allocated to marketing and international expansion.
Location
Entrepreneurs can be located anywhere, but there is a strong preference for candidates based in Spain or in the US. We also assist with residency permits to set up your startups in Madrid, Spain and help you relocate.
Ideal Candidate
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You may be at the idea stage or have previous leadership experience in a startup environment (CEO, COO, CTO). We welcome those ready to embark on building a UNICORNABLE startup from day zero.
Skills and Experience: A solid understanding of industry challenges, exceptional leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a clear go-to-market strategy experience.
Personal Qualities: Inner drive, grit, and the ability to overcome obstacles. Fluency in English is a must.
Program Highlights
Formation and Validation: Team up with co-founders, ideate on problems, and validate your business model through our workshops and masterclasses by top tech experts and business gurus.
Due Diligence and Ongoing Support: Engage in weekly meetings with a business mentor to refine your product, followed by comprehensive support in capital raising, global networking, marketing, and hiring post-launch.
