Role Overview:

As a Co-Founder and/or Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our company. You will work closely with the founding team to drive growth, secure funding, and oversee day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership. Collaborate with the CEO and other co-founders to develop and execute the company's overall strategy and vision. Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.


Capital Raising:

Lead fundraising efforts, including investor outreach, pitch development, and negotiation. Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, venture capital firms, and other funding sources.


Operations Management:

Develop and implement scalable operational processes and systems to support business growth. Oversee supply chain management, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.


Team Building and Management:

-Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team to support various functions such as design, engineering, marketing, and sales. -Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization. Partnership Development: -Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders. -Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize value and minimize risks for the company.


Qualifications:

-Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within a startup or high-growth company, preferably in the real estate, construction, or sustainability sector.

-Track record of successfully raising capital from investors and managing fundraising processes. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
