Location: Baker, MT

Pay rate: $29/Hour with benefits.

Job Description

We are in search of an LTC CNA willing to do a 13week Contract for a small-town in Montana.

We are a 25 bed critical access hospital that has a 2 bed ER, 5 bed for IP and 20 beds in our LTC.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, caring and works well with others.

This position would be guaranteed 32hours a week in our LTC, with a possibility of up to 40hours.

This position would require weekends and is able to do Doubles (6a-10p).

The Shifts would consist of 6-2pms and 2-10pms.

Roles And Responsiblities

Providing great patient care.

Answering patient calls and determining how best to help them.

Turning and repositioning bedridden patients.

Recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested by staff.

Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.

Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.

Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
