Job Title: CMS Integration Engineer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements and define project goals.
  • Design and execute custom integrations between CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation).
  • Develop and upkeep custom plugins, modules, and extensions to enhance CMS platform functionalities.
  • Conduct data mapping and transformation to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to detect and resolve integration issues.
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to clients and internal teams throughout the integration process.
  • Keep updated on CMS integration industry trends and best practices, suggesting enhancements to current processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Strong grasp of web services (e.g., REST, SOAP) and API integration methods.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications in web development or CMS platforms are advantageous.
