We specialize in insulated hydration for folks on the go.
We have been in business for 15 years and are doing around $100MM in revenue.
We are a mission based organization and passionate about reducing plastic consumption and waste, and helping our customers maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Due to growth, we are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Head of Marketing experience with:
eCommerce (ideally fitness or water bottles)
Building, hiring, and running marketing teams
Social, web, and in store strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on online and social media, as well as an understanding of eCommerce, in-store and across platform product vision.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, both online (ecommerce + social) and in-store, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
The CMO/Head of Marketing will also play a critical role in building and growing a marketing department, working w/ 3rd party creative / agencies and shaping our product roadmap.
A good understanding of our existing market and competitive analysis is critical as is a background in reusable and refillable hydration products and accessories is highly desired.
In this role you will spearhead strategy and driving engagement with our target audience through campaigns and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Lead and manage all aspects of online marketing, including social media, eCommerce, and SEO/SEM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision and roadmap
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Create and implement effective campaign strategies to engage target audience and drive conversions
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and goals
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on online and social media
Prior experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing in a similar industry is preferred
Strong understanding of eCommerce and product vision
Experience with in-store and retail marketing is a plus
Knowledge of hydration and/or wellness industry is highly desired!
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
