GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review executed documents for the funding/closing team, including, but not limited to, borrower entity documents, transaction agreements, preliminary title documents, escrow items, compliance documents, insurance evidence, flood certifications, commercial appraisals, environmental report, etc.
  • Follow up, as necessary, to obtain missing items and/or needed corrections.
  • Support the funding and closing teams with new loans, extensions, modifications, and renewals.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all closing and funding functions.
  • Assist in the direction and operations of the closing team.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, along with agency, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Time management required with assigned tasks, operations and quality control; ensures coordinating available resources for maximum results.
  • Ensure timely and efficient loan closings, verifying all conditions have been satisfied prior to funding in accordance with Lender’s Instruction and Disbursement listed on the Comprehensive Check List.
  •  Ensures all loans are closed within Lendistry approved authorization and collateral is perfected in accordance with SLAs.
  •  Work directly with Title Company for recording of collateral.
  • Set up closing with closing agent, title, and escrow and
  • Review and update the Comprehensive Checklist as needed.
  • Initiate funding request to QA Manager for approval to Treasury and Accounting department upon receipt of loan funded.
  • Provide loan data to internal departments.
  • Act as support for the QA Manager by reviewing borrower disbursement requests as well as review draws managed by alternative funds control vendors.
  • Perform duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft office, including Teams.
  • Knowledge of funding guidelines and procedures.
  • Must work effectively with other staff members and work well in a busy environment.

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.

  • Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Previous Loan Closing experience in Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and Multi-disbursement required. Supervisory or Team Lead experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or more than 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Financial services work experience of more than 5 years.
  • LaserPro experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
SALARY

$60,800 - $92,200/annually, depending on experience and location
