We offer a competitive compensation structure with performance-based bonuses and incentive plans for top performers who meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an effective sales pipeline to grow opportunities and meet sales quotas.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions by recommending our products or services that best meet their objectives.
  • Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for client consideration, negotiating agreements as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate successful customer onboarding, timely follow-ups, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve high close rate % (based on company’s KPI’s.)

Requirements

  • You have a solid track record with at least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing services and website design & development.
