Job Summary: We seek a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting new clinical trial sites with their initial setup, employee training, and patient recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Setup: Assist medical centers new to clinical trials with their initial setup, ensuring all necessary resources and infrastructure are in place.
  • Employee Training: Train site employees on data entry procedures and the clinical trial process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.
  • Patient Recruitment: Develop and implement effective strategies for patient recruitment to meet study enrollment targets.
  • Process Management: Oversee and support the clinical trial process, ensuring adherence to timelines and protocols.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination throughout the trial.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial coordination.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support site staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and clinical trial software.
  • Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
