Manage a caseload of clients and lead therapeutic groups within the facility.
Design and adapt treatment plans, evaluate client progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
Oversee clients' progress across different levels of care, providing weekly clinical reports for insurance purposes.
Collaborate with Lead Clinical Therapist on clinical interventions and participate in consultations and feedback sessions.
Ensure thorough and compliant documentation of clinical interventions according to industry standards.
Uphold center policies and procedures, offering necessary interventions to maintain compliance and promote client therapeutic success and facility safety.
Contribute to policy revision and implementation to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Participate in weekly clinical meetings and provide training to staff on topics like mandated reporting and crisis intervention.
Document clinical activities for weekly utilization reviews and coordinate clinical group coverage.
Collaborate with various care branches to ensure holistic client care.
Work closely with the Regional Director of Clinical Services and Lead Clinical Therapist to fulfill daily programming needs.
Seek guidance from the Regional Director of Clinical Services for complex cases or additional support.
Present client cases for review in mandatory weekly staff meetings.
Maintain a professional demeanor and focus on effective problem-solving.
Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by New Mexico state regulations.
Be available for crisis intervention and on-call support as scheduled.
