Clinical Team Supervisor

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with one of the nation's largest veterans services organizations. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Team Supervisor opportunity at one of its West Los Angeles locations. This Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing community provides services to vets experiencing homelessness and mental health concerns. Position: Clinical Team Supervisor

Clinical Team Supervisor Location: West Los Angeles, CA

Clinical Team Supervisor Duties

• Oversee and manage Peer Specialists and Case Managers
• Serve as Mental Health Treatment Coordinator
• Ensure compliance with all Regulatory Guidelines (CARF)
• Review and Assist in All Treatment Planning
• Hands-On Approach To Care/Act as a Role Model
• Coordinate all discharges
  
  

Clinical Team Supervisor Qualifications:

• Masters in Related Field
• California Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred
• Homelessness Support experience
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy

• Competitive Salary (Up to $125k starting)
