Clinical Support Specialist

Job Description

Pay: $28.65 - $40.00

Clinical Support Specialist: Plans, implement, maintain and provide technical support and training for the Electronic Health Record (EHR or EMR)!

  • Master Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other Applications: Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of the functional areas of our electronic medical and dental record applications
  • Expert Advice: Serve as the primary support for EHR application needs. Help clinicians adapt and optimize applications
  • Workflow Redesign: help teams improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Training: Build employee confidence by developing and leading application trainings, create training materials to help users proactively understand and adapt to new functionalities
  • Lead Change: Evaluate and analyze changes and new functionalities for EHR.

Qualifications/Experience

Required Experience:

  • 4 years experience in direct patient care (clinical, nursing, or allied health) or 2 years experience in clinical applications support in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work in Auburn & Grass Valley, occasional after-hours work
