Clinical Supervisor - Decatur, AL

What will I be doing?

  • Provide oversight of clinical service provision for the team including quality documentation, proper use of authorizations, and educating on best practice
  • Provide orientation and training to staff and interns, as well as ongoing coaching and one on one support
  • Lead treatment team meetings, assigning cases, and identifying hiring needs
  • Monitorhigh risk clients and providing guidance and support when crises occur
  • Assist PD in development and strategic planning for growth
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and accreditation processes
  • Assistwith any grievances and disseminating important communication with team members, clients, and community partners

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or social work field.Full licensure preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience working with children or families (may include volunteer experience)
  • Leadership experience preferred
