Clinical Supervisor

$125 Sign-on Bonus and $125 Retention Bonus*

What will I be doing?

• Overseeing and reviewing quality of clinical work and documents
• Conducting performance reviews
• Provide support to families and staff in challenging situations
• Reviewing and assigning cases
• Offering individual and group supervision
• Conducting assessments for clients
• Providing conferences and/or training
• Collaborating with School Staff, Specialists, Targeted Case Managers, etc. to provide efficient treatment
  
  

Am I a good fit?

• Experience and confidence in implementing evidence-based practices
• Experience in program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking
• Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Required
• Qualified Supervisor in FL (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
