Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a clinical supervisor at Better Option LLC, ARMHS Program. This role is located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare ARMHS program, or social services setting or
Strong organizational and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the field
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners
Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement
License as clinical supervisor
