Clinical Specialist at “Top Workplace”

As a Clinical Specialist at USME you will provide training and education on the safe and effective use of our high-quality movable medical equipment, beds, and therapeutic surfaces, ensuring that healthcare providers can focus on patient healing.
A Day in the Life
Evaluate hospital equipment needs and demonstrate how USME’s equipment and services support clinicians in patient care.
Organize and conduct product demonstrations and trials, showcasing the features and benefits of our beds and therapeutic surfaces.
Build and maintain productive relationships with key clinical personnel and co-workers to develop trusted partnerships and coordinate clinical trials.
Collaborate with the clinical marketing team to reach clinical, economic, and operational outcomes with our customer partners.
Provide marketing and sales support, assist with the development of training materials, and participate in speaker programs and other activities.Maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies through regular professional development trainings.
Analyze customer processes to identify gaps and propose USME solutions that improve performance and company effectiveness.
Travel nationally as needed, with an expected travel requirement of approximately 75%
All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
Undergrad or advanced degrees, nursing preferredMinimum of three to five years of experience as a practicing clinicianMust be able to obtain and maintain required credentiallingPrevious experience as a clinical specialist in sales support and/or direct sales for bed frames and therapeutic support surfaces is preferred.Qualifications
Understanding of the medical equipment industry and clinical careOutstanding listening, communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skillsHighest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workersProficient in leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales processes
