What You'll Do
Serve as a clinical resource to our customers, collaborating closely with field service, sales, and project management teams throughout the implementation process.
Understand customer goals and develop tailored plans to support the implementation and usage of clinical solutions.
Manage the clinical aspects of implementation, including assessing workflows, creating education plans, and supporting first customer use.
Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and solve problems, ensuring smooth technical implementations.
What We're Looking For
A background as a Registered Nurse with at least 4 years of experience in a hospital environment.
Experience in critical care settings such as ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure.
Passion for technology and patient care education.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
