Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant - Remote | WFH

Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant - Patient Monitoring (Homebased: Minnesota, Western Wisconsin). Bring your passion for patient care and technology to this pivotal role. You will serve as the clinical application knowledge expert, providing invaluable support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a clinical resource for HPM customers, collaborating closely with field service, sales, and project management teams throughout implementation phases.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and customers to support successful implementations.

Understand customer objectives and develop tailored plans to enhance clinical solutions implementation and usage.

Manage clinical aspects of implementations, assessing workflows, identifying education needs, and delivering consultative clinical services.

Apply clinical and product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to complex monitoring solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital settings, with a preference for prior experience in adult education delivery.

Proficiency in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU settings; familiarity with IntelliVue monitoring equipment is advantageous.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent licensure; current/active RN license required.

Certification such as Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) is preferred.

Strong passion for technology and its application in patient care and education.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements as outlined.

Additional Details

Position involves extensive travel within Minnesota and Western Wisconsin (up to 90%).

Flexible work hours based on business needs, including occasional overnight stays and travel.

Adherence to all necessary healthcare and safety protocols required.
