Our client is currently seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join their dynamic team. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric screenings, facilitating seamless transitions from emergency to clinic services, providing crisis intervention, and delivering short-term therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities also include educating families about mental health conditions, making informed treatment recommendations, and establishing vital links between patients and community resources.
Ideal candidates will possess a valid LMSW license issued by NYSED, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and appropriate malpractice insurance. This position offers contract-based employment with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
