SciPro is thrilled to announce that we are working exclusively with one of the most exciting startups within Oncology.


Our client is focused within the ADC space combating a variety of indications in both solid and liquid tumors. The organization is a pre-IPO biotech with three different programs underway from Discovery to early phase I/II trials.


The team look to file another IND next summer and therefore hit some major milestones along the way.


Currently, our client is looking for a strong Clinical Scientist (Director/Snr Director) to report into the SVP of Clinical Development and oversee all aspects of the clinical research programs. The position is highly visible as you would be leading the clinical science strategy and collaborate with the team's executives such as the CEO to ensure the advancement of the clinical programs.


To be considered for this role, you would need the following:


  • Advanced Degree - PhD, PharmD or US/Foreign MD
  • Hands-on expertise within the ADC space for Oncology
  • Preferably early phase expertise within clinical development (but not a must)
  • 5 or more years of true clinical experience within the industry - pharma or biotech
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and lean team dynamic
